At Handmadescenten, we strive to provide high-quality printing services. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive printed materials that do not meet our quality standards or differ significantly from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if valid, provide a reprint or refund at our discretion.
If we make an error in production that differs from your approved proof, we will correct the error at no additional cost. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your order.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. Rush orders and custom orders may have different cancellation terms.
